Stibo Systems is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven GSI Alliances Manager to lead and manage relationships with key Systems Integrators (SIs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), including prominent firms such as Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, PwC, and Infosys. This critical leadership role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and creating high-impact partnerships that align with Stibo Systems' growth objectives across North America. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience with global consulting and systems integration firms to develop joint go-to-market strategies, foster long-term alliances, and deliver enterprise-level solutions.
Must have:
  • Serve as the primary alliance lead for Accenture across North America.
  • Build trusted relationships with Accenture executives and leaders across CPG, Manufacturing, Retail, and Life Sciences verticals.
  • Navigate Accenture’s matrixed structure to align with strategy, consulting, and delivery teams across multiple practices.
  • Onboard, enable, and drive revenue with several additional GSI's and RSI's.
  • Drive partner-influenced revenue through joint sales motions and value-based solutions.
  • Develop and execute vertical-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify co-sell opportunities in white space accounts and develop scalable demand-generation programs.
  • Work with internal sales and vertical leaders to align partner engagement to key opportunities in Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, Retail, and Life Sciences.
  • Collaborate on solution messaging and account strategy tailored to each vertical’s transformation priorities.
  • Build strategic account plans, lead regular business reviews, and oversee operational execution.
  • Track KPIs and partner performance, providing insights and actions to maximize results.
  • Design and lead enablement programs to equip partner teams with the knowledge to position and deliver Stibo Systems solutions.
  • Provide sales tools, industry insights, and solution training aligned to service lines.
  • Monitor trends in MDM, data-driven transformation, and GSI business models.
  • Identify ways to expand influence across a set of existing partners like TCS and into other strategic regional SI’s and GSIs.
  • 8+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or business development.
  • Strong track record of working with Accenture.
  • Deep understanding of Accenture’s global structure, vertical GTM strategies, and delivery model.
  • Experience scaling joint programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across North America for partner engagement and industry events.
Good to have:
  • Additional experience or strong relationships with TCS or other GSIs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS, MDM, or data management solutions.
  • Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced certifications (a plus).

In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and creating high-impact partnerships that align with Stibo Systems' growth objectives across North America. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience with global consulting and systems integration firms to develop joint go-to-market strategies, foster long-term alliances, and deliver enterprise-level solutions in collaboration with strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

North American Accenture Relationship Ownership

  • Serve as the primary alliance lead for Accenture across North America.
  • Build trusted relationships with Accenture executives and leaders across CPG, Manufacturing, Retail, and Life Sciences verticals.
  • Navigate Accenture’s matrixed structure to align with strategy, consulting, and delivery teams across multiple practices.
  • Onboard, enable, and drive revenue with several additional GSI's and RSI's.

Revenue Growth & Co-Sell Expansion

  • Drive partner-influenced revenue through joint sales motions and value-based solutions.
  • Develop and execute vertical-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify co-sell opportunities in white space accounts and develop scalable demand-generation programs.

Vertical Expansion Strategy

  • Work with internal sales and vertical leaders to align partner engagement to key opportunities in Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, Retail, and Life Sciences.
  • Collaborate on solution messaging and account strategy tailored to each vertical’s transformation priorities.

Alliance Governance & Execution

  • Build strategic account plans, lead regular business reviews, and oversee operational execution.

Enablement & Field Engagement

  • Design and lead enablement programs to equip partner teams with the knowledge to position and deliver Stibo Systems solutions.
  • Provide sales tools, industry insights, and solution training aligned to service lines.

Market Intelligence & Ecosystem Insights

  • Monitor trends in MDM, data-driven transformation, and GSI business models.
  • Identify ways to expand influence across a set of existing partners like TCS and into other strategic regional SI’s and GSIs.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or business development, with a strong track record of working with Accenture.
  • Deep understanding of Accenture’s global structure, vertical GTM strategies, and delivery model.
  • Experience scaling joint programs.
  • Additional experience or strong relationships with TCS or other GSIs is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS, MDM, or data management solutions is preferred.
  • Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced certifications a plus).
  • Willingness to travel as needed across North America for partner engagement and industry events.
