Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Operations Intelligence at Electronic Arts is a key individual contributor responsible for transforming operational data into actionable insights and strategic decisions. This role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, SRE, and Operations teams to define metrics, drive impact by identifying opportunities for stability and efficiency, and ensure improvements are prioritized and executed across GameKit. The analyst will own and evolve operational metrics, create dashboards, build analytical models, and analyze AI-assisted tooling performance to enhance developer productivity.
Must Have
- Own and evolve operational metrics that measure maturity, stability, efficiency, and risk across GameKit platforms.
- Drive monthly and quarterly reporting, create dashboards that reveal root causes, and build analytical models that guide prioritization and investment.
- Analyze performance of AI-assisted tooling, measuring accuracy, automation ROI, and data quality.
- Identify friction patterns across teams and recommend process, tooling, or workflow improvements.
- 8+ years in operations analytics, data analysis, platform insights, or technical program analysis.
- Analytical modeling and data storytelling skills.
- Experience building dashboards and working with BI tools and SQL.
- Familiarity with AI/ML evaluation metrics or analytics for AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience partnering with SRE, product, or engineering teams.
- Experience translating complex operational findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, Operations Intelligence is a senior individual contributor responsible for converting operational data into decisions, clarity, and alignment. You will partner with Product, Engineering, SRE, and Operations to not only define metrics but actively drive impact by uncovering the highest-value opportunities for stability, efficiency, and developer productivity, ensuring improvements are prioritized and executed across GameKit. This is a role for someone who can navigate quickly and operate with a product-minded approach rather than a traditional analyst. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Gamekit Operations Solutions.
Responsibilities
You will own and evolve the operational metrics that measure maturity, stability, efficiency, and risk across GameKit platforms.
You will drive monthly and quarterly reporting, create dashboards that reveal root causes, and build analytical models that guide prioritization and investment.
You will analyze performance of AI-assisted tooling, measuring accuracy, automation ROI, and data quality. You will identify friction patterns across teams and recommend process, tooling, or workflow improvements. The role involves short-term rotations into priority areas to solve an analytical challenge and hand off a sustainable model.
You will mentor and guide junior data analysts and help in creating an Operations Insights Paradigm.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations analytics, data analysis, platform insights, or technical program analysis
- Analytical modeling and data storytelling skills
- Experience building dashboards and working with BI tools and SQL
- Familiarity with AI/ML evaluation metrics or analytics for AI-assisted workflows
- Experience partnering with SRE, product, or engineering teams
- Experience translating complex operational findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
