Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and analytical professional to join our team as a Fraud and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Control analyst. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to fraud, bribery, and corruption. The analyst will support the review of Fraud and ABC controls, while ensuring adherence to internal policies and global regulatory standards.
Must have:
  • Support the design, testing, and implementation of new Fraud and ABC controls, as well as enhancements to existing frameworks.
  • Assist in developing and refining the process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to key stages of control review and monitoring.
  • Deliver on key project milestones by working closely with senior team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify control gaps, risks, and issues; and escalate them appropriately for resolution.
  • Raise control-related issues with relevant teams and track them through to timely closure.
  • Document breaches related to Fraud and ABC controls, including investigation outcomes and remediation actions.
  • Assist in preparing Management Information (MI) reports for governance and oversight forums.
  • Support internal audits and regulatory reviews by providing data, documentation, and subject matter expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Risk Management others).
  • Proven experience in a control-focused role, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities and a continuous improvement mentality.
  • Innovative approach to identifying and addressing control weaknesses.
  • Familiarity with Fraud, ABC, data governance, data quality, and control frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze sophisticated datasets across multiple systems.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and confidently.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and handling challenging priorities.
