Job Summary
ShopMy is seeking a Senior Associate for its Business Development team to drive growth by managing and expanding the strategic Connector Program. This role involves overseeing referrals from investor, creator, and advisor networks, ensuring they convert into pipeline and closed business. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, manage program operations end-to-end, and identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position is crucial for expanding ShopMy's reach in the digital marketing and creator economy.
Must Have
- Manage a book of 30-50 connectors, tiers 1-3
- Source and secure net new connectors each month
- Work with marketing to enhance Connector collateral repository
- Work with finance to generate monthly invoices
- Work with Brand and Creator Growth to support priority pipeline generation and deal support
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, consulting, or partnerships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communicator (written + verbal)
- Operationally minded, with strong ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficient with Salesforce and Excel

- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing space

About the Role:
As a member of the Business Development team, you’ll play a critical role in powering the company’s growth engine. You’ll own key parts of the Connector Program — one of our most strategic top-of-funnel channels. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll ensure that referrals from our investor, creator, and advisor networks translate into pipeline and closed business.
Your Impact to the Role:
- Connector Program Ownership
- Manage a book of 30-50 connectors, tiers 1-3
- Source and secure net new connectors each month as we continue to grow the program
- Work with marketing to enhance the Connector collateral repository
- Work with finance to generate monthly invoices
- Work with Brand and Creator Growth to support priority pipeline generation, and deal support where relevant
- Collaboration with BD Leadership
- Help maintain the monthly Wishlist and Target Brand list for connectors.
- Provide regular reporting on connector activity, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Process & Scale
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate tasks, and strengthen the Connector Program’s scalability.
- Assist in refining incentive structures, onboarding flows, and communication cadences for connectors.

What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, consulting, or partnerships (SaaS, media, or influencer marketing experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you can juggle many moving pieces without dropping the ball.
- Excellent communicator (written + verbal) who can manage relationships internally and externally.
- Operationally minded, with a strong ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficient with Salesforce and Excel.

We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.
New York Pay Range
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. Every employee receives equity on top of cash compensation!
