Senior Audio Software Tests Engineer

This role sits within Aptiv’s product organization, which will be at the forefront of transforming the auto industry with cutting-edge technology.   Your role: We are seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to join our Audio Team, focusing on all aspects of the software tests - plan, design, development, execution. That is also an opportunity to enhance and develop our internal software test framework. Requirements: Key factors for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, or related field of study)

• Analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities

• Good knowledge of Python and C++ programing languages

• 5+ years of experience with software testing or system level testing in automotive, preferably in infotainment systems

• Base knowledge of SW building process (CloudBees, Windriver Studio) and automation of system tests or SW tests that's part of Continuous Integration

• Fluent work with requirements repositories and issues tracking systems (JIRA, Polarion)

• Versatility in working with SW or SYS tests, including work with HW, tests automation, development or support of it for new SW/HW tools

• High self-management, self-learning abilities

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Automotive SPICE
