WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

Big on data, but even bigger on impact? We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Analytics team and help power our growth in Brazil.

Reporting to the Head of Analytics and working closely with the Brazil General Manager, you’ll use data to uncover opportunities, inform key decisions, and shape the region’s growth strategy.

You’ll be responsible for developing models, delivering performance insights, and collaborating across departments — from Product to Finance — helping drive decisions that move the business forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Kick-off the area of the Business Analyst team in the Brazil region, leading the development of processes and flows, acting as the main POC for all Brazil operations
• Lead strategic analytics initiatives that drive business growth and long-term planning for the Brazil market.
• Build, maintain, and evolve operational and forecasting models that guide our product and market decisions.
• Uncover actionable insights from user behavior, product usage, and market trends to influence business direction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering) to define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and monitor business performance.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the accuracy, scalability, and reliability of data pipelines.
• Manage and support monetization initiatives by analyzing pricing, segmentation, retention, and revenue levers.
• Act as a thought partner to the GM of Brazil and Leadership Team to identify bottlenecks, prioritize opportunities, and drive measurable impact.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, or similar roles in fast-paced tech environments.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English — able to synthesize complex analyses into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to tangible business outcomes.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful, high-quality insights in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and causal inference methods.
• Experience with Python, R, or Git is a plus.
• Prior exposure to SaaS, subscription businesses, or creator-focused platforms is a strong advantage.
