TiMi Studio Group is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in Europe. This role involves leading business development, negotiations, and contract management for TiMi games in Western markets. The manager will identify and secure strategic brand partnerships to expand game market reach, conduct market research, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. The successful candidate will need to coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. The role demands strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the Western game market landscape and industry trends.
Must have:
  • 8+ years experience in game business development with strong negotiation skills
  • Extensive network within Western markets, preferably with brand partnership experience
  • Deep understanding of the Western game market landscape and industry trends
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
  • Fluent in English is a must.
Good to have:
  • Ability to speak Chinese is a plus

Responsibilities:

Award-winning TiMi Studio Group seeks a Senior Business development manager in Europe to help with publishing activities and initiatives within Europe.

-Lead business development, negotiations, and contract management for TiMi games in Western markets.

-Identify and secure strategic brand partnerships to expand game market reach, including FMCG brands, consumer electronics, and exhibitions.

-Coordinate internal and external resources; conduct market research and competitive analysis to support informed business decisions.

-Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 8 Years Experience: Proven track record in game business development, showcasing strong negotiation skills and expertise in contract management

-Extensive Network: Well-connected within Western markets; experience with brand partnerships is highly preferred

-Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Western game market landscape and industry trends

-Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills, a collaborative teamwork spirit, and critical thinking capabilities
-Languages: Fluent communication skills in English is a must, ability to speak Chinese is a plus
