Vos missions
- Réaliser le set-up des personnages, des robots et des props 3D avec un haut niveau de réalisme.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de modélisation et d'animation pour garantir une intégration fluide des assets.
- Optimiser les assets pour maintenir une performance élevée sans compromettre la qualité visuelle.
- Résoudre les problèmes techniques liés aux setups et proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer les workflows.
- Participer activement aux revues artistiques et techniques, en fournissant des feedbacks constructifs pour perfectionner le produit final.
- Assurer une communication efficace avec les différentes équipes pour garantir une coordination optimale des tâches.
- Organiser et documenter le travail de setup pour faciliter la gestion de projet et le reporting.
Vos qualités qui feront la différence
- Expérience significative en tant que Setup Artist dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo, idéalement sur des projets photoréalistes.
- Un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Parfaite maîtrise de Maya et très fortes compétences en scripting.
- Solides compétences en rigging, skinning et animation technique, particulièrement pour les personnages et les robots.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, d'organisation et de reporting.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe selon un workflow précis, avec une forte attention aux détails .
- Passion pour les jeux vidéo et le souci constant de créer des expériences visuelles immersives et réalistes.
- Aptitude à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément avec des priorités changeantes.
- Capacité à se challenger et à repousser les limites créatives et techniques.
- Un portfolio démontrant des projets photoréalistes de haute qualité, incluant des personnages, des robots et des props.
