As Senior Commercial Finance Manager for the UK & Ireland at Rituals, you will drive commercial finance excellence, supporting business growth and enhancing financial performance. Based in the London office, you will provide strategic financial insights, partner with business leaders, and lead the financial planning and control cycle. This role involves analysing sales and KPIs, owning P&L insights across all channels, and proactively delivering business analyses to link financial insights with commercial strategies and operational execution.

Are you ready to drive commercial finance excellence for a leading international omni-channel brand? As Senior Commercial Finance Manager for the UK & Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth, enhancing financial performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across all channels. Based in our London office and as part of the local Management Team, you will provide strategic financial insights and partner with business leaders to deliver sustainable growth in these key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted commercial finance partner to local market teams, providing planning, analysis, and performance reporting to drive business objectives.
  • Plan & Control Cycle: Lead the financial planning and control cycle, ensuring robust forecasting, budgeting, and insightful reporting for all business lines.
  • Sales & KPI Mastery: Analyse and report on (online and offline) store sales, promotions, events, and product launches, with clear visibility on expansion plans and performance drivers.
  • P&L Ownership: Deliver expert insights on P&L from sales to profitability across Retail, Digital, Wholesale, and B2B channels.
  • Commercial Analysis: Proactively deliver business analyses on sales and cost performance, linking financial insights to commercial strategies and operational execution.
  • Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and financial processes, participating in cross-functional projects with the central Control & Analytics team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, supporting them in achieving sales and EBITDA targets.
  • Collaborate: Cross functionally & cross-matrix with key business leads, local & global partners.
  • Management team: A senior leader within the market supporting the Managing Director together with the team you will lead, inspire and drive performance & engagement across the UK & Ireland

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in commercial finance, business control, or sales finance roles.
  • Fully qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA) and /or related Business Degree
  • Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment; retail or FMCG sector experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible, assertive, and hands-on, with a passion for accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a wide variety of business partners.
