  • Product Development Lifecycle: Support the entire product lifecycle from concept to end of life, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution
  • Prioritization: prioritize features, options, and product improvements - balancing cost, timeline, and experience tradeoffs
  • Communication: Effectively communicate priorities, plans, progress, and challenges to stakeholders across the organization. Maintain clear, organized communication.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse, talented team of designers, engineers, scientists, marketers, and analysts to create incredible products. Partner closely with software product management counterparts.
  • Roadmap support: contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Oura’s hardware product portfolio, including next-generation products.
  • Go-to-market: Support go-to-market readiness by developing compelling positioning and pricing and overseeing overall product readiness.

This is a remote US role with a strong preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone. Travel within the USA and occasionally to Finland may be required.

REQUIREMENTS

We would love to consider you for this role if you have:

  • Experience in quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, consumer segmentation, data analytics, and behavioral data. Qualitative experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with research tools (e.g., survey platforms, like Qualtrics, Quantilope). Comfort with data analysis (using Excel, SPSS) and statistical methods. Tableau, Amplitude a plus.
  • Energetic and passionate champion of the customer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a clear, engaging, and impactful manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
