Senior Designer

Work & Co, part of Accenture Song, is a global design and technology company seeking Senior Designers. This role involves creating exceptional digital products through intense collaboration, rapid prototyping, and user-focused testing. Senior Designers will work directly with partners, product managers, strategists, and developers to deliver innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, detail-oriented, and skilled in visual design, UX, UI, branding, and programming, with a focus on impeccable execution from concept to launch.

Must Have

• Focus 100% on creating exceptional digital products.
• Work iteratively and collaborate on initial concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypes.
• Ensure attention to detail and care in design execution from concept to final delivery.
• Participate in all project phases, from strategy to launch and optimization.
• Portfolio or examples of digital product design work.

We are looking for Senior Designers who see no limits between form and function. Highly strategic, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled professionals with deep knowledge in visual design, user experience, interface, branding, and even programming.

Creating digital products requires intense collaboration – both internally and with our clients. We value rapid and frequent prototyping, always focusing on the end-user, conducting several rounds of testing to validate concepts.
