Sitecore is seeking a Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing for North America to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at driving growth and revenue through demand generation and partner engagement. This role involves leading a high-performing team, aligning with Sales and Partner leadership, and creating programs that enhance Sitecore's presence. Responsibilities include managing demand generation strategies, overseeing marketing budgets, developing ABM and integrated campaigns, generating pipeline to meet revenue targets, formulating partner marketing strategies, adapting global programs for local markets, and measuring program performance. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, strong knowledge of ABM, and proven success in driving revenue through collaborative initiatives.

- Drive demand generation directly and via partners
- Align closely with Sales and Partner leadership
- Lead a high-performing team with strong field and partner marketing experience
- Develop programs that accelerate growth and enable partners to amplify Sitecore’s presence across North America
- Create and manage the demand generation strategy, collaborating with sales and partner teams
- Oversee the marketing budget ensuring alignment with corporate goals
- Develop and oversee the demand generation strategy for the Americas focusing on ABM, integrated campaigns, and multichannel initiatives
- Generate the pipeline necessary to meet AMS revenue targets
- Formulate partner marketing strategy, enhancing Sitecore’s presence within the partner ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally to adapt and activate global programs for local markets
- Measure and optimize program performance using KPIs and data
- Manage the AMS marketing budget efficiently
- Ensure cross collaboration with key sales stakeholders across the geo, growing these as a priority
- Establish and supervise an effective AMS marketing team offering guidance and career advancement
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
