As a Power BI Dashboard Developer and Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will create interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring data integration from various sources like databases and cloud platforms. Your role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance strategic planning. You will also be involved in streamlining data integration, ensuring stakeholders have access to real-time data, and promoting a data-driven culture within the organization. This includes defining KPIs, standardizing reporting practices, and promoting the adoption of Power BI. Your work will directly support strategic initiatives, increase productivity, and bring transparency to business performance.

  • 5+ years of Power BI dashboards and data models experience

Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Power BI Dashboard Developer and Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI. This role requires deep expertise in data modeling, DAX, and the integration of various data sources including databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights and ensure seamless data integration.

As a Power BI Dashboard Developer and Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that empower leadership and frontline teams to make informed decisions. Your ability to create visually compelling and highly interactive dashboards will drive operational efficiency, uncover business opportunities, and enhance strategic planning across departments.

By streamlining data integration from multiple disparate systems—cloud services, databases, APIs—you’ll ensure that stakeholders always have access to real-time, accurate, and meaningful data. Your contributions will:

  • Accelerate Decision-Making: Deliver self-service reporting tools that reduce dependence on ad-hoc analytics and improve turnaround time for business-critical insights.

  • Ensure Data Reliability: Establish robust data pipelines and models that eliminate inconsistencies and ensure confidence in reporting outcomes.

  • Promote Data-Driven Culture: Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, standardize reporting practices, and promote adoption of Power BI across the organization.

  • Improve Operational Visibility: Enable real-time monitoring of performance metrics, enabling business units to identify issues and act faster.

  • Future-Proof Reporting Infrastructure: Introduce scalable data integration practices that grow with evolving business needs, leveraging automation, cloud tools, and governance best practices.

Your work will directly support strategic initiatives, increase productivity, and bring transparency to business performance—all powered by accessible and well-integrated data visualizations. 

What we’re hiring for   

  • Five or more years of full-time professional experience in the Power BI dashboards and data models

  • Excellent time management, reporting, and communication skills including customer interactions and executive presentations.  

  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

  • Create robust data models and efficient DAX calculations to support accurate reporting.

  • Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Azure, REST APIs, and third-party platforms.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Implement scheduled data refreshes and troubleshoot issues related to data loading and performance.

  • Ensure data security and governance by managing row-level security (RLS), user access, and dataset permissions.

  • Optimize dashboard performance and visual appeal for end users.

  • Document solutions, architecture, and processes clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Monitor and maintain data integration pipelines using tools like Power Automate, Azure Data Factory

  • Microsoft Power BI Certification (e.g., PL-300).

  • Willingness to work from 4 pm IST to 1 am IST.
