Job Description
About the Role
Static, standing privilege is one of the largest security risks in modern enterprises.
Our Just-In-Time (JIT) Privileged Access platform is redefining how access is granted—moving from always-on entitlements to context-aware, time-bound, policy-driven access that is issued only when needed and revoked automatically.
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a core area of the JIT platform. This role sits at the intersection of identity, authorization, security posture, and real-time decisioning, and will directly impact how enterprises reduce risk while enabling velocity.
This is a high-visibility leadership role with deep architectural influence and ownership of mission-critical systems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team building JIT access capabilities
- Drive the design and delivery of real-time authorization and privilege elevation workflows
- Partner closely with Product, Security, Platform, and Cloud teams to shape roadmap and execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of systems that must be highly reliable, low-latency, and secure
- Influence platform architecture across policy evaluation, approvals, enforcement, and revocation
- Ensure strong operational excellence, including observability, resiliency, and incident readiness
- Foster a culture of ownership, technical rigor, and continuous improvement
What Makes This Role Special
- You’ll build systems that actively reduce enterprise blast radius
- Your work will be part of zero-trust and least-privilege enforcement at scale
- You’ll operate at the core of identity, authorization, and security automation
- You’ll help evolve JIT from a feature into a platform capability
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams
- Strong experience with distributed systems, SaaS platforms, or cloud-native services
- Background in security, identity, access control, or authorization systems

- Proven ability to translate complex security requirements into scalable engineering solutions
