Annalect is currently seeking a Senior Analyst Automation to join our dynamic and Innovative technology team. As a Senior Analyst Automation, you will be a key contributor to our software development and quality assurance efforts, specializing in the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong technical background in automation technologies, scripting, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing automation solutions, improving processes, and driving continuous innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ability to independently develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium Python
- Executes automated test scripts and report defects, ensuring that the product meets quality standards and adheres to defined requirements
- Design and Develop QA automation framework design, development, execution, and maintenance
- Setup automation testing standards & help to build fully automated testing pipeline
- Integrates test automation into the CI/CD pipeline to enable automated regression testing and rapid feedback to development teams
- Identify and leverage tools for automated solutions best suited for testing needs
- Guide the automation testing effort and work with other engineers to get test cases automated across projects
- Sets up and maintains test environments, including configuring hardware, software, and test data as needed for test execution.
- Guiding associates and Analyst on tech side
- Conducting automation code reviews.
- Conducts performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
- Document results of tests and Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
- Work together with software developers to enhance and improve programs.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
- Research and compare similar competitor products.
- Regular work on optimizing automation code quality and improving reliability indicators in the development process.
- 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in Python coding skills
- Experience in testing framework like Pytest and Robot
- In-depth understanding of API Automation using Python
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD, Bamboo, GitHub, bit bucket or similar tool
- Hands on experience in Performance/Load testing - JMeter
- Can write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
- Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance
- Clear understanding of Devops activities like creating a CI/CD pipeline etc.
- Strong knowledge of Test management tool Jira
- Good understanding in cloud as AWS or GCP
