Responsibilities <ul><li> Lead and manage a team of 3D designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.</li><li> Conceptualize and execute innovative multi-faceted design solutions for a variety of projects - creating visuals and technical drawings for a broad range of projects - including live events, retail, POS, Pop up Shops and Event Kits</li><li> Ensure all design deliverables meet high standards of quality, creativity, and visual impact while working directly with both Client Services and Production teams</li><li> Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.</li><li> Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and meeting deadlines.</li><li> Develop and maintain design processes, workflows, and best practices to optimize efficiency and streamline project execution.</li><li> Conduct periodic performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for the design team. </li></ul>
Qualifications You will be working closely with Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services. Mandatory Skills <ul><li> 6-10 years of proven experience as a Lead Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D design and/or Graphic design</li><li> Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent degree).</li><li> Previous experience in a leadership or management role within a design team.</li><li> Technically competent at using Cinema 4D, Vectorworks and Adobe Suite</li><li> 3D Max experience can be considered, but will need to be upskilled in Cinema 4D</li><li> Able to take an effective brief and understand requirements set out - bringing fresh ideas</li><li> Keen eye for spatial and interior design and awareness of current design trends, the latest tools and techniques</li></ul>
