As a Director, at Strategy& you will have responsibility for leading teams across engagements and driving results and outcomes. Directors typically come with 8-12 yrs of experience having demonstrated extensive knowledge of and/or success in professional services or corporate roles, helping companies define and evaluate corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios, reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers. Specific areas of focus and expertise include Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Deals Strategy, Digital Strategy, Market entry, Go-to-Market and transformation projects.

•    Highly evolved problem structuring, solving skills (which includes both a quantitative and a qualitative orientation); strong analytical thinking, ability to leverage and apply problem solving frameworks across a variety of industries, problem and situations 
•    • Building productive and collaborative relationships with clients, team members; 
•    • Ability to disrupt, improve and evolve thinking of teams, challenge the ‘status quo’ 
•    • Able to arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realize their potential and support their long-term aspirations. 
•    • Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions. 
•    • Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.

Years of experience required:     8-12Y


Education qualification:     
•    An advanced degree such as a MBA or PhD or masters in science, engineering etc; 
•    • Minimal of 8-12 years relevant top tier consulting, industry or functional work experience showing strong career progression and (academic) achievement with minimum 4 yrs. experience in leading multi stakeholder teams and complex work streams in top tier consulting firms 
    • Practical experience in one or more of the following: o Strategy or strategic planning; Project leadership 
    o Organizational restructuring/transformation 
    o Business development, marketing, or sales 
    o Digital Strategy & transformations 
    
    • Ability to adapt and work across multiple sectors, problem areas, demonstrating superior business acumen, ability to manage teams in consulting 
    • Willingness to travel domestic & international to client locations
