Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers. As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and creative consistency.

Develop and execute visually compelling concepts for events, brand promotions, and digital campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Copywriters, Account Managers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions.

Oversee all phases of the creative process, including brainstorming, concept development, design, and final execution.

Ensure all designs align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements.

Present and articulate creative concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in an experiential marketing agency or related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects, demonstrating expertise in visual design, typography, and layout.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and solutions effectively.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
