As Manager - GM's Office, you will support senior leadership, drive operational efficiencies, and ensure strategic priorities are executed. Responsibilities include collaborating with the GM to prioritize activities, identify and implement solutions to improve workflows, act as a liaison crafting communications, providing data-driven recommendations, leading cross-functional collaboration, overseeing daily operations, managing projects and timelines, and optimizing workflows. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, along with experience in strategic and operational support.

Job Description:

As the Manager - GM's Office, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively executed across the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the company's operational excellence, streamline processes, and provide crucial decision support to the General Manager (GM). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to enhance communication, optimize workflows, and achieve business objectives. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including the GM, to assess and prioritize high-impact activities that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Identify inefficiencies across organizational workflows and implement solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
  • Act as a liaison to the GM, crafting clear, concise, and impactful communications for both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure effective messaging and decision-making support.
  • Provide well-researched, data-driven recommendations to assist the GM in making informed strategic decisions. Prepare reports and presentations that summarize key findings and recommendations.
  • Lead and support collaboration across teams without formal authority, ensuring that all departments work together seamlessly to meet business goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving improvements in project management and delivery. Monitor project timelines and key deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage the operational calendar and oversee multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and workflows are optimized.

What we are looking for:

  • 8-12 years of experience in strategic, operational, and executive support roles, with a proven ability to manage priorities, initiatives, and cross-functional communications.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements that result in reduced costs, increased efficiency, and better workflow management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and actionable messages for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working in high-pressure situations that require discretion, confidentiality, and rapid problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience in managing operations, projects, and workflows with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience supporting decision-making through data insights, research, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams without formal authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with project management tools and operational software is a plus.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term operational needs, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
