Demonstrated success with very high Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Responsibilities
- Bring innovative concepts to life through visually striking designs.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI tools for captivating visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
- Lead, manage, and inspire design teams, fostering creativity.
- Craft compelling narratives through captivating graphics and layouts.
- Tackle design challenges, delivering elegant solutions.
- Stay updated on design trends, bringing fresh ideas.
- Communicate effectively with clients, exceeding expectations.
- Obsess over details, ensuring flawless execution.
- Showcase diverse portfolio: branding, marketing, web, mobile designs.
- Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and AI tools.
- Experience with project management software: Asana, Trello, Jira.
- Familiarity with interactive design tools: Adobe XD, Figma, InVision.
- Knowledge of color management tools: Pantone Color Manager, X-Rite.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence.
- Agency experience in advertising or digital marketing.
- Very high Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
