Responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle, prioritizing the product backlog, collaborating with development teams on sprints, defining product vision and roadmap with PMs and cross-functional teams, creating detailed product requirements in Aha! and Jira, incorporating customer feedback, mitigating impediments for technical teams, preparing release notes, and conducting product demonstrations. Job Description
Activities:
- Manage the product lifecycle from product planning through development and delivery.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the development team to plan and execute sprints effectively.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and provide regular updates on sprint progress.
- Collaborate with PM and cross-functional teams to define, plan, and refine product vision and roadmap.
- Create and maintain detailed product requirements in Aha! and Jira.
- Incorporate market and customer feedback into product roadmaps and requirements.
- Play an active role in mitigating impediments for the technical teams to accomplish committed goals.
- Prepare comprehensive release notes summarizing new features and conduct product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
- Grooming and refinement of work in progress through daily stand-ups
- Communication with the development team, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
