The candidate will be required to build effective presentations for executive updates regarding Total Rewards solutions, providing clear direction and guidance for team members, as well as fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. The candidate must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level and have the flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
