Job Description

The People Services + Technology team is seeking an experienced Compensation product leader to optimize people solutions. The role involves partnering with People teams to drive optimization through process, data, and technology solutions for Compensation. Key responsibilities include evaluating and recommending solutions, analyzing KPIs, prioritizing features, collaborating with business partners, and driving implementation activities. The candidate must influence decisions, facilitate change management, and maintain constant communication. The candidate will be required to build effective presentations for executive updates regarding Total Rewards solutions, providing clear direction and guidance for team members, as well as fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. The candidate must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level and have the flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The People Services + Technology team is looking for an experienced Compensation product leader to partner with our People teams to drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions for Compensation. The ideal candidate will have deep Compensation systems and solutions experience with proven Program Management and Leadership experience. Must be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.Ability to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels. Leverage deep Compensation tools and programs expertise to evaluate and recommend solutions to solve business problems. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to see opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure. Prioritize features and capabilities through direct input with the user community in partnership with cross-functional partners. Collaborate with business partners and regional counterparts to efficiently detail requirements and drive implementation activities. Ability to influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership. Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional and technology areas. Drive the flawless execution of Total Rewards solution implementations Build effective presentations for executive updates regarding Total Rewards solutions Provide clear direction to team members Coach and motivate team members Encourage and enable growth and accomplishments for team members Foster a culture of trust, accountability, humility and collaboration
