Apple's Product, Design & Marketing (PD&M) Operations team is seeking a Budget Manager to oversee the budgeting process for Services lines of businesses across multiple cross-functional teams. This role involves forecasting, monitoring budget performance, and providing operational and strategic support within a complex organization. The Manager, Budget Management will optimize and manage Marketing and Design budgets, lead a team of budget analysts, and collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, and Design producers. Key responsibilities include operating with minimal direction, owning budgets and cross-functional relationships, engaging with stakeholders at various levels, forecasting and reporting on budgets and actual spend, analyzing data to identify variances and deliver recommendations, conducting audits and reconciliations, implementing process improvements, and managing a small team.
