- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1-3 years of management experience in self-developed or game art-related projects
- Proficiency in project management skills, including overall project planning, estimation, scheduling, status monitoring, risk management, change management, and overall project status reporting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent teamwork spirit

- Fluent in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking
The Senior Game Project Manager oversees internal and external management for overseas game project development, organizing and executing the entire process from requirements, planning, production, review, acceptance, to settlement.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1-3 years of management experience in self-developed or game art-related projects preferred.
- Proficiency in project management skills, including overall project planning, estimation, scheduling, status monitoring, risk management, change management, and overall project status reporting. Familiarity with Agile project management is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent teamwork spirit.
- Passionate about management, proactive, self-motivated, team-oriented, and responsible.
