Dear Villagers is looking for a Senior Game Scout to help build its future game portfolio. The Senior Game Scout will be responsible for identifying promising games and development teams, evaluating game pitches, and providing feedback. They will also work with the Portfolio Manager and other internal teams to ensure a smooth Greenlight process, develop relationships with independent developers, and stay updated on gaming trends. The role requires proactively sourcing games, assessing development team capabilities, and fostering understanding of the publishing model.
