Job Responsibilities :
As a Senior Human Resources Specialist for Razer Philippines offices, you will be responsible to support and manage the local HR related matter including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compliance with labor laws and collaboration closely with the local stakeholder to implement all HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives. This role will also function as internal HR advisory on talent attraction, retention, employee related issue and employer branding, while also serving as a hands-on HR generalist and understand the HR practices to support the organization’s goals and promote a high-performance culture.
HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert advisory on talent attraction, retention, employee related issue and employer branding initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of HR programs to support organizational growth and development.
- Collaborate and work closely with the shared services and centre of excellence functions.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matter by investigating and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a positive and productive work environment.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment cycle to attract the top talent across multiple functions and levels.
- Implement effective talent management processes to support career development and succession planning.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Build and grow the HR team as needed to support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
Any other scope and project as assigned.
Pre-Requisites :
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferable Generalist background.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and practices in Philippines.
- Proven track record of driving HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Strong and proven analytical skills and solve problem effectively.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
