Senior Integration Engineer

N-iX is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer for the cleverbridge project, a global e-commerce and subscription billing platform. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying integrations and automation workflows using Workato, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and building/maintaining connectors, recipes, and triggers. The engineer will also implement error handling, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance, ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability.

Must Have

• Basic/Proficient programming language skills (Ruby or Python)
• Experience in integrations with iPaaS platforms (Workato, RPA, UI Path, Blue Prizm, Azure API management, MS Logic Apps, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft)
• Proficient working knowledge of API design, implementation, and management solutions
• Experience developing real-time and scheduled integrations
• Proficient in SQL
• Expert in custom or structured ETL design, implementation, and maintenance
• Experience working in a high-performing, agile environment
• Understand software architectures and best practices

Requirements:

• Basic/Proficient programming language skills ( Ruby or Python)
• Experience in integrations with iPaaS platforms, preferably in Workato or one of these technologies: RPA – UI Path, Blue Prizm, Azure API management, MS Logic Apps. Dell Boomi, Mulesoft.
• Proficient working knowledge of API design and implementation, and API management solutions

• Proficient in SQL
• Nice to have experience with AWS
• Expert in custom or structured ETL design, implementation, and maintenance
• Experience working in a high-performing, agile environment
• Understand software architectures and how they are applied in context, and best practices in more than one language

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations and automation workflows using Workato's platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Build and maintain connectors, recipes, and triggers to enable seamless data flow between various systems.
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Optimize integration performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Stay current with Workato platform updates and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to existing workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
