Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning or related field

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is hiring a creative Internal Events and Communications Specialist to join our team in Boston! In this role, you’ll focus on fostering a sense of belonging, community, and engagement among our employees by designing and executing impactful events and internal communications strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, driving collaboration, and ensuring that our employees feel connected to our mission and values.

  • Design, plan, and execute a variety of events to enhance employee engagement, including team-building activities, cultural celebrations, company milestones, and wellness programs.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including vendor selection, budget management, scheduling, and post-event evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create inclusive and innovative event concepts that resonate with diverse employees.
  • Execute internal communications strategy that supports our company culture and values.
  • Craft engaging and informative content for a variety of channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and Slack.
  • Establish feedback loops to ensure employee voices are heard and integrated into communications.
  • Champion initiatives that promote inclusion, and belonging across the organization in line with our company values.
  • Create programs that foster community and strengthen connections between employees in remote and hybrid work environments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement, communications, and events.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, internal communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communications platforms like Slack, SharePoint, or similar.
  • Experience working in the video game, tech, or entertainment industries.
  • Knowledge of event management tools and design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Background in hybrid or remote workplace engagement strategies.

Additional Information

This job requires working in Boston, US.
Working mode: in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity.
