Collective Ace is executing a buy and build (M&A) strategy in the video gaming industry. The company is seeking a strategic finance and investor relations expert to oversee financial modelling, investor engagement, and transaction execution. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of big picture strategy and hands on execution. The role involves building investor-grade financial models, driving data room readiness, leading investor due diligence, and serving as the primary contact for investors. The manager will also support the CEO and Board on capital allocation and prepare investor materials.
Must have:
  • Build and own investor-grade financial models for core business, M&A, and group-level planning.
  • Drive data room readiness and lead coordination of investor due diligence.
  • Serve as the primary counterpart to debt and equity investors.
  • Support CEO and Board on capital allocation, integration forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Prepare investor materials, forecasts, and board reporting packages.
  • Coordinate with the CFO/controller on underlying data and reporting accuracy.
  • 7+ years in investment relations, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or corporate development.
  • Proven ability to run investor processes.
  • Proven ability to build and defend detailed financial models.
  • European-based, with capacity to work from Berlin regularly.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with media, mobile gaming, or consumer IP roll-ups

Role Overview

Collective Ace is executing a buy and build (M&A) strategy in the video gaming industry. The company is seeking a strategic finance and investor relations expert to oversee financial modelling, investor engagement, and transaction execution. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of big picture strategy and hands on execution.

Location: Commuting distance with regular in-person presence in Berlin; (i.e. Europe)

Reports to: CEO (Parth Das)

Start Date: Q3 2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own investor-grade financial models for core business, M&A, and group-level planning
  • Drive data room readiness and lead coordination of investor due diligence
  • Serve as the primary counterpart to debt and equity investors, walking them through financials and strategic plans
  • Support CEO and Board on capital allocation, integration forecasting, and scenario modeling
  • Prepare investor materials, forecasts, and board reporting packages
  • Coordinate with the CFO/controller on underlying data and reporting accuracy

Ideal Background

  • 7+ years in investment relations, or investment banking, or private equity, or growth equity, or corporate development
  • Willingness to be hands on in executing the day-to-day task
  • Proven ability to run investor processes and build/defend detailed financial models
  • Familiarity with media, mobile gaming, or consumer IP roll-ups is a strong plus
  • European-based, with capacity to work from Berlin regularly
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; investor credibility is essential
