Job Description

The Collective Ace Group seeks a Business Development Manager to support its companies in developing BD efforts. Working closely with the Head of Business Development and other teams, this role involves understanding the capabilities and targets of each company within the group; maintaining contact with BD teams and key gaming companies to understand their needs; contacting potential clients, offering game development outsourcing services, and closing deals; building assets pipelines through LiveOps sales; leveraging existing networks to create growth opportunities; supporting Key Account Management for large accounts; and managing deal flow in CRM. The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience in the video gaming or tech industry in Business Development or Sales, excellent communication skills, understanding of the Game Development lifecycle, and a proven track record of closing deals. The role requires strong relationship building, global team integration skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Business Development Manager - Outsourcing (Full time - Remote)

We are currently looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to support all the companies in the Group with developing the BD efforts. In the following role, you will be working closely with our Head of Business Development based in Barcelona and other members of the BD and Corporate Teams.

Area of responsibility:


  • Clearly understand the capabilities of each company in the Group and their targets
  • Be in touch with all the BD teams within the Group and be aware of their current clients/pipelines
  • Be in touch with the key gaming companies and understand their needs for game development outsourcing
  • Contact potential clients, offer game development outsourcing services, close deals
  • Help building assets pipeline through LiveOps sales
  • Leverage your existing network of contacts to create growth opportunities
  • Support with Key Account Management for Big Accounts (Group companies)
  • Be structured and manage deal-flow in CRM

 


Qualifications:


  • At least  3+ years of experience in the video gaming or tech industry in the area of Business Development or Sales
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) in English   
  • Understanding of the Game Development lifecycle
  • Proven track record of building relationships and successfully closing business deals
  • Ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals
  • Ability to act fast, be structured, self-motivated, and stay focused on delivering goals 
  • Ability to work well independently and with a group
  • Experience presenting to an executive-level audience is a plus
