Job Responsibilities :

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT assurance, risk management, or a similar role.
• Industry certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISM are highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of IT regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM, RMiT, ISO 27001, GDPR, BOT).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (i.e. AWS etc)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining documentation and reports.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Good working attitude and a strong team player.
• Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT practices adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and policies (e.g., MAS TRM, RMiT, ISO 27001, GDPR, BOT).
• Conduct internal IT audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Monitor and review IT systems to ensure ongoing risk management and compliance.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Oversee the development and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures.
• Monitor annual security assessments, including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT compliance and risk management.
• Provide guidance and support to IT staff on best practices for security and compliance.
• Communicate complex IT risk and compliance requirements to various stakeholders effectively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT risk management and compliance activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on IT assurance activities to senior management.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible
