SimCorp is seeking a Senior IT Coordinator to support IT Service and Operation teams, focusing on invoice management, contract administration, and SLA follow-up for software and outsourced services. Must Have
- Manage invoices related to Group IT, Service and Operations
- Administer Group IT software contracts and outsourced service agreements
- Monitor and follow up on SLA performance and compliance
- Track and report statistics on ticket volumes, delivery timelines, and service metrics
- Participate in contract structuring and renewal processes
- Maintain documentation and support policy development
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT service teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination, especially in IT or service environments
- Solid skills in invoice handling and contract management
- Ability to track and analyze operational metrics and statistics
- Adept communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Proficient at managing tasks individually and defining workflows
- Collaborative and contributes to a solid team spirit
- Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint
Good to Have
- Experience with SLA tracking and vendor coordination
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Delivery Coordinator to support and collaborate with our IT Service and Operation teams, while focusing on invoice management, contract administration, and SLA follow-up for software and outsourced services owned by Group IT.
This role is designed to be engaging and multifaceted, with the opportunity to take on a wide range of administrative tasks. You will help track statistics on ticket volumes, delivery performance, and other operational metrics, while contributing to process improvements, presentations and documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Manage invoices related to Group IT, Service and Operations
