Job Description

eBay is seeking a Senior Manager for C2C on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role involves leading and developing multiple cross-functional projects within the consumer selling team. Key responsibilities include business development, focusing on strategy presentations, business cases, performance deep-dives, and partner alignment across various departments like insights, analytics, marketing, and product. The role also encompasses tasks such as seller acquisition, reactivation, engagement, retention, monetization, executive presentations, acting as a point of contact for analytics and research, planning, and customer insights.

18 month - fixed term contract

We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, C2C, for an 18 month fixed term contract that will be responsible for leading and developing multiple, cross-functional projects within the consumer selling team.

The role focuses on business development topics ranging from strategy presentations, business cases, performance and planning deep-dives to partner alignment (insights, analytics, marketing, strategy, risk, trust, regulatory, advertising, product engagement) on business dev projects and quarterly planning and performance.

Tasks include:

  • Business Development (concept, implementation of strategic focus projects on seller acquisition, reactivation, engagement, retention, conversion lister to seller, monetization incl. cooperation with advertising, risk and trust, selling, payments, shipping etc. product)

  • Executive presentations

  • Point of contact for Analytics and Research

  • Planning + goals attribution

  • CBT

  • Monetization

  • Customer Insights (CSAT, verbatims)
