As a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations at realworld one, you will enhance internal processes, systems, and reporting frameworks to improve team efficiency and drive commercial performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams like Client Strategy & Value Creation, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure consistent execution of commercial priorities. Responsibilities include leading the development of scalable processes, tools, and KPI reporting, providing strategic reporting and data-driven insights for sales planning, and identifying operational improvements through data analysis. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Details

As a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations at realworld one, you will work directly with the VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations to enhance internal processes, systems, and reporting frameworks that improve team efficiency and drive commercial performance across the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, streamline operations, and deliver the strategic infrastructure required to scale growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

    • Partner with Client Strategy & Value Creation, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure consistent execution of commercial priorities across teams.
    • Lead the development and continuous improvement of scalable processes, tools, and KPI reporting that enhance operational transparency and decision-making.
    • Provide strategic reporting and data-driven insights to support sales planning, goal tracking, and performance reviews.
    • Support the design of mid-term plans, targets, and incentive models.
    • Identify and drive operational improvements by analyzing internal performance data and translating insights into action.

Qualifications

    • 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations, strategy, or analytics, ideally within a B2B software or consulting environment.
    • Demonstrated success in optimizing internal processes and enabling cross-functional collaboration at scale.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and decisions.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, business reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Miro, Contractbook) is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic business environment.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
    • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
