Job Description
Responsibilities
- Co-create the solution strategy and roadmap by leveraging deep insights into market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, working closely with the Solution Design team
- Refine and further develop core messaging and value propositions for our solutions, drawing on market research and customer insights.
- Lead account-based marketing initiatives, including targeted digital campaigns that utilize customer-focused content to strengthen brand and solution value awareness.
- Independently coordinate and oversee content creation by collaborating with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring high-quality, timely execution.
- Develop internal enablement content, such as playbooks, guides, and training materials, to empower teams with clear messaging and best practices.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in the Life Sciences sector, with an emphasis on Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments/Tools; experience in operations or service operations is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Proven ability to conduct market research that contributes to solution strategy and roadmap development, identifying new market opportunities.
- Hands-on personality with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling messaging for target audiences.
