Job Description

As a Senior Operational Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal policies and procedures. You will also conduct focused audits or other projects as identified, provide regular updates and audit reports/findings to management, identify and develop monitoring procedures as needed, participate in internal and client meetings as necessary, recommend best practices and process improvements, and may mentor less experienced associates.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of work-related auditing experience
  • Healthcare experience (specifically medical claims) a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

What You Will Get To Do:

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of work-related auditing experience
  • Healthcare, specifically medial claims experience a plus!
  • Able to keep abreast on industry standards, changes, and trends.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret and convey information effectively.
  • Demonstrates effectiveness in interpersonal relationships including conflict resolution, diplomacy and negotiation skills.
