As a Senior Product Manager for Shipt Marketplace, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Shipt's consumer experiences —owning the intake, planning, and execution for new product features, enhancements, and defect resolution. In this pivotal role, you’ll steer a multi-quarter product roadmap, pinpointing high-impact opportunities and building compelling business cases that influence teams and leaders beyond Product.

While no two days are the same, you will lead team ceremonies to keep everyone focused on critical business objectives, dive into user insights and data to refine requirements, and leverage your storytelling skills to inspire alignment on big-picture strategies. You’ll collaborate with a range of stakeholders, from Engineers to Executives, to drive innovation in the fast-evolving gig space—making tangible contributions to how thousands of Shipt Shoppers connect in their communities using Shipt’s products.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• You have 5 years of product management experience in eCommerce, retail or related field.
• You have a history of strong partnerships with design and engineering, with a general understanding of design and development systems and processes
• You have experience with AB testing and your analytics strength has helped with the readouts and decision making for go/no-go.

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, paid holidays throughout the calendar year and paid sick leave. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Pay Range:

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City: $112,000-$224,000

All other locations: $93,000-$187,000

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
