About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help shape how we take our products and innovations to market; connecting the work of our product teams with the needs of our clients and the opportunities across sport and entertainment. In this role, you’ll turn strategy into storytelling. You’ll lead the creation of marketing and content that brings our products to life, driving both acquisition and retention. Working closely with Product team and Marketing Ops team, you’ll be the conduit that ensures every product launch and campaign reflects our mission: helping rightsholders and brands grow their audience relationships and unlock value through knowing fans best. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in SaaS and AI-powered products, along with experience working with data-heavy products. A background in sport is a plus, but passion for helping organizations grow is what really matters.
What You’ll Do
Commercial Enablement and Revenue Impact
- Helping commercial teams sell the story of our platforms and the value of integration with our services
- Equipping go-to-market and client teams with narratives, decks, demos, and proof points that connect product capabilities to client outcomes
- Partnering with Commercial and Strategy leads to shape pricing, packaging, and positioning by segment or region
- Developing case studies and success stories that demonstrate measurable ROI from both product and services use
- Designing and getting us into a regular product marketing rhythm: establishing processes, cadence, governance, structure around our product marketing
Internal Education
- Drive internal enablement, ensuring client teams understand our evolving product suite, positioning, and GTM messages
- Lead internal sessions or toolkits that bring clarity and excitement around our product vision
- Developing content and narratives for our annual North America & EMEA client summits
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Translate product strategy and roadmaps into clear, compelling go-to-market plans
- Lead end-to-end product launches that build awareness, drive adoption, and create impact
- Define audience/client segments, messaging, and positioning that connect our products & solutions to client needs
Marketing & Storytelling
- Create and oversee engaging marketing content: from launch campaigns, to product storytelling, to new feature releases and with thought leadership
- Develop and hone our tone of voice while partnering with teams across Vancouver, Los Angeles, and London (UK) to ensure our messaging is globally consistent but locally resonant
- Work with product and account leads to support both new business and existing client growth
- Continuously establishing our position as market leaders
- Articulate how our products solve real world customer problems and demonstrating their impact
Market & Competitor Research/Analysis
- Constant pulse on how competitors in our space are talking, what products they’re launching, etc.
- Partnering closely with our product teams to help us understand where our products fit in market, where new threats may be arising from, and to contribute to discovery/value prop testing
- Establish feedback loops with client teams and end users to surface product opportunities and validate messaging
Team & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a talented team of 2–3 marketers
- Collaborate closely with account managers, engineers, and senior leadership to align around shared goals
- Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and accountability
- Willingness to travel (quarterly) to a combination of Vancouver, Los Angeles, and London
Performance & Insights
- Track and report on the performance of launches and campaigns, using data to optimize the delivery of our strategy
- Stay close to our clients and the market to ensure our products and positioning stay ahead of the curve
What You’ll Bring
