Job Summary

A Junior Performance Marketer will assist in launching and managing paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Unity Ads. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, optimizing KPIs (CPI, CTR, ROAS, retention), supporting A/B testing, conducting keyword research, and collaborating with creative and product teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and an interest in the gaming industry and player behavior.

Must Have

  • Assist in launching and managing paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Unity Ads, and other UA networks.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, optimize for KPIs such as CPI, CTR, ROAS, and retention.
  • Support A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis for app store listings.
  • Collect and analyze campaign data using tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets.
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, ASO, or performance marketing.
  • Basic understanding of paid user acquisition, ad platforms, and app analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Internship or project experience in digital marketing, ASO, or performance marketing.
  • Basic data analysis or reporting experience.

  • Track app rankings and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze campaign data using tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets.
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing performance and user acquisition strategies.
  • Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align marketing goals with game performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest mobile marketing trends, ad networks, and platform policies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, ASO, or performance marketing — internship or project experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of paid user acquisition, ad platforms, and app analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic data analysis or reporting experience is an advantage.
  • A proactive learner with an interest in the gaming industry and player behavior.
