About this Position

Sr Product Operations Manager

Core Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Delivery: You'll partner with product and engineering managers to align requirements with operational processes. You'll also support the business testing of product changes, identifying test case scenarios, capturing end-user feedback, and ensuring changes are ready for production. Managing the product feedback funnel, assisting in its qualification and quantification, and ensuring cross-functional coordination for efficient product understanding and adoption will also be key.
  • Operational Excellence & Go-To-Market (GTM): You'll be a key enabler of Go-To-Market readiness for new product releases through process creation, updates, comprehensive training, and clear communication. A core part of your role will be to identify and implement opportunities to increase operational efficiency across our HR tech stack.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Measurement: You'll establish benchmarks for quantitative data to facilitate success metrics and measure, surface, and distribute both quantitative and qualitative data about the product and user experience.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: You'll continually strive to become a Subject Matter Expert, staying ahead of trends and best practices in HR technology.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience supporting product development and delivery specifically within an HR technology or HR domain.
  • The ability to analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct business testing (UAT) for HR product changes, including developing robust test cases and gathering valuable user feedback.
  • Experience bridging the gap between HR operational needs and product/engineering requirements.
  • Strong project management abilities with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret and extract actionable insights from complex data.
  • Strong communication skills that enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn how backend systems and admin dashboard’s function.
  • Experienced using Altassian specially Jira and Confluence. It will be a bonus if proficient in Lucid and Figma tools.
  • Experience using Databricks, Tableau or similar reporting tool
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI-driven solutions to optimize daily workflows and improve productivity.
