We’re now seeking to hire a talented Senior Customer Experience Program Manager based in the Puget Sound, to support the Americas. This role reports to the Americas Regional Lead and will partner closely with subsidiary leadership teams (Area Vice President and LT, Business Group Leads, Technical advisers, etc.) across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The role will help Microsoft align cross-company sales initiatives, cloud capacity expansion, revenue performance, and gross margin targets to our capacity plans. More importantly, this role will help us plan for and enable some of our most important Customer solutions through strong partnerships and cloud co-planning efforts. Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
