Senior Program Manager - Philips - Amsterdam/Eindhoven

Must Have

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact AI and automation programs.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Establish and drive program governance, status reporting, and dashboards.
• Act as the primary liaison across technology and business functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management practices.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory standards, security policies, and quality requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional software programs in AI, automation, or data-driven technologies.
• Deep knowledge of program management frameworks (Agile, SAFe, PMI, or equivalent).

Good to Have

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong background in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing large-scale programs in a healthcare or regulated industry and a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders to achieve transformative outcomes. You are based in our Amsterdam office or in our Eindhoven office.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact AI and automation programs across multiple business units.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success criteria.
• Planning & Coordination: Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones while proactively identifying risks and dependencies.
• Tracking & Reporting: Establish and drive program governance, status reporting, and dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability at all levels.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison across technology and business functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, leveraging agile and hybrid methodologies to optimize delivery.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure that all programs adhere to healthcare regulatory standards, security policies, and quality requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional software programs in AI, automation, or data-driven technologies.
• Strong background in healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of program management frameworks (Agile, SAFe, PMI, or equivalent).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments with diplomacy and influence.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Leadership: Ability to lead through influence, motivate cross-functional teams, and drive alignment across multiple levels of the organization.
