Project managers are the backbone of Boomerang. We are looking for an energetic colleague who balances the interaction between our team, the client, and other external parties. As a PM, you motivate and enthuse your team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You bring structure, overview, and calm to a sometimes turbulent environment. As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for managing large projects for various clients from briefing to delivery. You set up and carefully monitor budgets and schedules. You lead a multidisciplinary team, distribute tasks and time, and ensure an efficient workflow. You also provide constructive feedback, check if the work aligns with the briefing, and foster a positive team spirit. You are the pivot in the project, representing Boomerang to the client and maintaining daily contact to receive briefings, discuss projects, and gather feedback, building strong, lasting relationships.
Must have:
  • Manage large client projects from briefing to delivery.

We are looking for an energetic colleague who balances the interaction between our team, the client, and other external parties. As a PM, you know how to motivate and enthuse your team, and ensure that projects are completed on time - and within budget, of course. In short: you are the one who brings structure, overview, and calm to a sometimes turbulent environment.

We are an energetic and driven team that works for some of the largest brands in the Netherlands. Think of ABN Amro, Pepsico (Lays) - Mediamarkt - Lotto - Heineken - Desperados, Philips, and skincare favorites such as Biodermal. In short: brands that everyone knows, and which we build daily with smart social media strategies and creative productions. No two days are the same with us. From developing an Always On social strategy to creating full-scale social productions and campaigns – we ensure that brands continuously stand out and remain relevant. We combine strategy, creativity, and production to create impactful content that really works.

The types of projects we carry out:

  • Large and medium-sized campaigns
  • Always On Strategies to the elaboration of content calendars
  • Ad hoc creation and reactive content
  • Setting up video productions together with the production department

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for managing large projects for various clients – from briefing to delivery.

You draw up budgets and schedules and monitor them carefully. You manage a multidisciplinary team, divide tasks and time, and ensure an efficient workflow.

In addition, you give your team (constructive) feedback, check whether the work aligns with the briefing, and ensure a positive working atmosphere and team spirit.

In short: you are the pivot in the project.

You represent Boomerang to the client and have daily contact to receive briefings, discuss projects, and gather feedback.

In this way, you build a strong and lasting relationship.

You work closely with the Account Director, Creative Director, and Lead Creative for your clients.

Qualifications

What do you bring?

  • Insight into the wishes and strategic goals of the client, so that you can critically assess the creative work before it goes to the client.
  • Knowledge of media specs, formats, and general social media trends.

You are eager to learn and continuously stay up-to-date.
