Job Description

1. Responsible for pipeline project management of large-scale online projects.

2. Responsible for formulating pipeline iteration plans, controlling R&D progress, monitoring project risks, and ensuring high-quality project iterations are completed on schedule.

3. Responsible for project processes, formulating and optimizing specifications, including clarifying the scope, responsibilities, and division of labor for various roles in project R&D.

4. Sort out and optimize project processes, continuously improve project efficiency through processes, tools, and systems.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of experience in game development project management.

2. Familiar with internet product development processes, agile iteration project management, PMP/ACP/CSM certificates preferred.

3. Excellent communication and organizational coordination skills, able to coordinate the demands of various project roles and stakeholders as a project manager, and good at collaborating with external teams.

4. Strong ability to withstand pressure and setbacks.
