Job Summary
This role involves working with both Development and QA teams to build automation suites. The candidate will act as a hands-on leader, mentoring junior QA team members. They will also assist in the assessment of automation tools and develop processes, while supporting the strategic goals of the QA organization. The role requires a strong foundation in Java, preferably with 4-6 years of development experience and 2-3 years of QA automation experience. The candidate should have well-rounded testing experience and be familiar with Agile environments, possessing excellent problem-solving skills and expertise in Automation frameworks like Selenium, Fitnesse, and Cucumber, along with experience in TDD and BDD.
