This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills who can deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles in data analytics and AI, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Handle recruitment for HR and finance profiles as needed.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role expectations.
- Negotiate offers, manage the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide data-driven insights on recruitment metrics and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in tech hiring, with a strong focus on the data analytics domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating with senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience managing recruitment for HR and finance profiles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
