We’re seeking a seasoned and proactive recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our Go-To-Market (GTM), G&A, and business functions in Japan. As the first recruiting team member based in Japan, you'll play a critical role in building exceptional teams across Sales, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Operations and more. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, local leadership, and global recruiting teammates to drive thoughtful hiring strategies, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and help scale our presence in Japan. This role reports to our Head of Business & GTM Recruiting, who is based in San Francisco.
This role requires frequent communication in English with global stakeholders and hiring managers. Professional English fluency is a core requirement.
This role is based in our Tokyo, Japan office. We offer relocation support to new employees, and we use a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
