Senior Recruiter - Product & Engineering

At Chainguard, we’re on a mission to change how the world builds and secures software, and we're searching for a Senior Recruiter who can spot top tier Product & Engineering talent faster than a suspicious package in a software repo. You’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle (think: sourcing, connecting, negotiating, and high-fiving), building real relationships and leveling up our candidate experience.

What you’ll do

• Run full-cycle recruitment searches for primarily Product & Engineering roles across the U.S., with the flexibility to support hiring across our international business as needed.
• Partner with leaders to define roles, align on hiring priorities, and set clear expectations for what “great” looks like globally.
• Build and manage pipelines that anticipate growth in domestic and international markets.
• Deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience across time zones and geographies.
• Provide insights on talent trends, compensation, and recruiting strategies.
• Adapt and improve recruiting processes so they scale effectively across regions while staying human and flexible.
