Job Description

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Product & Engineering to manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to negotiation. This role involves partnering with leaders to define global hiring needs, building talent pipelines for domestic and international markets, and ensuring a consistent, candidate-first experience. The recruiter will also provide insights on talent trends and continuously improve recruiting processes.

Must Have:
  • Run full-cycle recruitment searches for Product & Engineering roles across the U.S. and internationally.
  • Partner with leaders to define roles, align on hiring priorities, and set clear expectations.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines anticipating growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience across time zones and geographies.
  • Provide insights on talent trends, compensation, and recruiting strategies.
  • Adapt and improve recruiting processes to scale effectively while remaining human and flexible.
  • Strong experience recruiting primarily for Product & Engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders or founders on high-priority hires.
  • Skilled at navigating global hiring challenges, including time zones, regulations, and local market dynamics.
  • Trusted advisor to hiring managers and a thoughtful, respectful partner to candidates.

You’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle (think: sourcing, connecting, negotiating, and high-fiving), building real relationships and leveling up our candidate experience.

  • Build and manage pipelines that anticipate growth in domestic and international markets.
  • Deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience across time zones and geographies.
  • Provide insights on talent trends, compensation, and recruiting strategies.
  • Adapt and improve recruiting processes so they scale effectively across regions while staying human and flexible.
