Inspired Gaming, a UK-based NASDAQ-listed company, is seeking a Compliance Manager with relevant experience in the gambling or regulatory sectors. The role reports to the Group Compliance Director. The position offers flexibility, allowing for home-based work, though some travel to company offices in Bridgend and Burton will be required.

A background in the online gaming industry or a strong familiarity with the industry.

Must Have:

Work with Group Compliance Director and legal team to ensure compliance across the entire Inspired product range.
Keep up to date with regulatory markets and changes in regulations and assess their impact.
Liaise with commercial teams to assess the viability of new products and markets.
Work with regulators to maintain Inspired’s licenses and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist with reporting, consultation responses, and adhoc requests.
Assist with the completion of formal regulatory audits.
Work with technical teams to help define technical requirements as needed in all jurisdictions.
Deal with B2B and B2C customers to help them achieve compliant use of Inspired products.
At least 3 years’ experience in a regulatory compliance role.
Keen understanding of regulated markets and the marketplace.
Experience interpreting and defining product scope in regulated markets.

Main Responsibilities

Work with the Company Group Compliance Director and wider legal team to ensure compliance across the entire Inspired product range
Keep up to date with regulatory markets and changes in regulations and assess their impact on existing and future activities
Liaise with commercial teams to assess the viability of new products and markets
Work with regulators to maintain Inspired’s licences and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards
Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist with reporting, consultation responses and other adhoc requests

Required Skills and Experience

At least 3 years’ experience in a regulatory compliance role either for a licensee or regulator
Keen understanding of regulated markets and the marketplace
Experience interpreting and defining product scope in regulated markets
