Job Responsibility:
- Support ATBK site Finance Controller, Site GM and factory stakeholders in financial planning and analysis
- Develop and deploy annual departmental goals and lead FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Align A&T annual targets with ATBK manufacturing objectives and ensure successful deployment
- Ensure accurate and complete execution of monthly, quarterly, yearly closing activities
- Lead all forecast planning updates including weekly, monthly, quarterly RFF as well as Long-Term Planning (SPA)
- Monitor actual performance against committed target, provide clear, insightful variance analysis.
- Deliver timely financial reports and analysis to factory stakeholders, highlighting performance gaps and recommending corrective actions
- Validate annual cost-saving target and collaborate with manufacturing partners to generate effective cost control, improvement, and savings initiative
- Drive cost behavior initiative across ATBK to support CPP roadmap, acting as a coach and champion of CPP methodology
- Lead the Standard Price (STD) process by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, evaluating key price parameters and analysis result
- Foster cross-department collaboration to ensure alignment and effective teamwork toward site-wide goals.
- Manage assigned headcount and take ownership of team development and capability building
- Act as the financial liaison to the operations team, effectively communicating insights and presenting financial perspectives
- Support automation initiatives across A&T to drive efficiency, accuracy and process improvement
- Collaborate with the A&T finance team, Operation BRM / A&T controllers, to propose and implement initiatives that transform manual reporting processes to automated solutions
- Handle ad hoc assignments from both internal/external partners, ensuring timely and effective delivery
Job Qualification:
- BBA minimum, MBA preferable
- Strong English communication in both writing & verbal
- Knowledgeable and able to work with MS – office, Power BI and S4HANA SAP
- Manufacturing/Cost Accounting exposure is highly essential
- Open-minded with a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn and grow
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across functions
- Having a positive outlook toward changes, can exert influence across businesses in a complex organization
- Flexibility and adaptable to dynamic business environments and local cultural norms
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
